Our Story

J.U.M.P Outreach INC was born out of a deep passion for using sports to impact the lives of young people. Growing up, Charles Boyce experienced firsthand how mentorship, discipline, and faith could shape a person’s character and life trajectory. As a coach, Charles witnessed how sports, especially basketball, could teach young athletes valuable lessons that go far beyond the court—lessons of perseverance, teamwork, integrity, and responsibility. Combining his love for sports with his faith, Charles founded J.U.M.P Outreach INC to provide a space where young people can grow in all areas of life—spiritually, physically, and mentally—through the support of mentors and role models who guide them every step of the way. Today, J.U.M.P Outreach INC continues to impact the lives of countless young athletes, helping them become not only better players but better people.

Our mission is to empower and inspire youth through the transformative power of sports, faith, and education. We are dedicated to creating a supportive, Christ-centered environment where young athletes can grow spiritually, physically, and mentally. Through mentorship, leadership training, and athletic development, we aim to cultivate strong character, discipline, and a sense of purpose in every individual we serve. Our goal is to equip the next generation with the tools to excel both on and off the court, fostering a spirit of teamwork, integrity, and service to others.
